2009 Palm Desert Lacrosse Classic Champions

Congrats to the Friars Lacrosse Club and the 2009 Palm Desert Lacrosse Classic Champions...it was a great weekend and the boys played fantastic! Special thanks to Coaches Chris Scheriff and Adam Morawski for an awesome job!
TNTLAX winds up another great Middle School Lacrosse season with hard play, great games, and huge player skills progress. We want to recognize the following players for total goals over the season:

- Team 1 - Bronson Massas - 61 ponts
- Team 2 - Anthony Fregoso - 62 points
- Team 3 - Brandon Steidley - 55 Points
- Team 4 - Kyle Brandon - 63 Points
TNT/YMCA Fall League Finals

Team 4 won the championship game 18 - 17 in overtime. It was a great game.
- Team 1 - Chris Decaro - 91 points, 57 goals and 34 assists
- Team 2 - Johnny Morgan - 112 points, 94 goals and 18 assists
- Team 3 - Kendall Strahl - 72 points, 63 goals and 9 assists
- Team 4 - Andrew Hayden - 126 points, 102 goals and 24 assists
Top Notch Training New Ownership and Management Team

On July 1, 2009, Todd MacFarlane sold his 45% ownership in TNT to two local High School Lacrosse Coach's, Chris Sheriff and Graham Elsdon. Chris and Graham have become the Director of Coaching for the Middle School and High School Programs and will take on the responsibilities for on field coaching for our boys lacrosse programs. Todd has returned to the East Coast to coach High School and is no longer involved with TNT Lacrosse. Chris and Graham join Paul and Loni Monahan as Owners and Managers of TNT Lacrosse.
We are excited that our programs continue to grow and serve the year-round lacrosse enthusiast with Leagues and Camps in the Summer, Fall and Winter for Middle School and High School boys. TNT also offers programs for Elementary youth and beginners year-round including a league in the spring.
TNT Lacrosse operates Leagues, Camps and Clinics in the North County for all age groups and skill levels.
TNT Coaches off to College Lacrosse in the Fall
TNT's coach and former player Taylor Graves who played at Carlsbad High School will be attending Robert Morris University this fall. Taylor will be the first D 1 lacrosse player to come out of Carlsbad high school. You can see Taylor playing for the Colonials next spring when they match up against some of the toughest D 1 schools in the northeast region.

TNT's coach and former player Cameron Rivere will be attending Steven's tech in Hoboken NJ this fall. Cameron who graduated from La Costa Canyon this year was ranked in the top 25 lacrosse players in San Diego. He will be joining one of TNT's other coaches JR Oreskovich at this top Division lll lacrosse school.

Top Notch Training Staff Member Helps Build La Jolla Lacrosse
Vikes pound Patriots in last 2009 lacrosse home game
With a 15-6 victory over Patrick Henry High during its final home game of the season, the La Jolla High School (LJHS) lacrosse Vikings assured themselves the best record in the program’s history.
Last week’s rout of the Patriots brings the Vikes to 13-3 overall, with two games remaining, including a final match-up with the number one team in the state, the Coronado Islanders, at Coronado this Friday.
TNT Staff Member Breaks Record
Stevens Institute of Technology (HOBOKEN, N.J.). Sr. attack men J.R. Oreskovich breaks school points record. J.R. a La Costa Canyon Alum and a TNT Staff member recently broke Mark Bielicky's '07 career-points record of 227 points. In addition J.R also is the only NCAA D1, D2 or D3 player ever from California to record 100 points in a season. The two time college All-American is ready hungry for conference playoffs to start. TEAM SWERVE Win
1st Annual Palm Desert Lacrosse Classic
"San Diego Swerve", a boys high school club team won the 1st Annual Palm Desert Lacrosse Classic at Hovley Soccer Park November 28-29. Swerve is team compiled of players from different high schools around San Diego county such as Serra, San Dieguito Academy, La Costa Canyon, Carlsbad, La Jolla Country Day and La Jolla.

Stevens Technical Institute senior attackman J.R. Oreskovich was amongst 90 of the top lacrosse players in the country recognized at the Division 3 level.
